I thought your thoughts on classroom community were spot on and agreed with them very much! I think the inconsistent behavior in your student made her much harder to deal with than other students. I think the plan you implemented is very creative and great for a very visual learner, and by making the learner draw or erase her own dots, she is in control. Love it! The fact that her disruptive behavior is somewhat in control is great and you seem to have done great things with her, Ms. Shropshire! Well done!
